Return policy:

If you not satisfied with the item you bought from Buga Jwlr, no worries you can easily return by following these steps:

Please get in touch with us within 14 working days from the delivery date.

Item should be returned in its original packaging.Item must be unworn, undamaged.

If there are serticates with the item, it should not be removed.

We will refund after recieving item with in 14 bussines days.

Posting fees and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Recieved wrong item:

Ups, sorry about that. Send us an email at hello@bugajwlr.com with the information. And we will sort this out as soon as possible.

Mixed up with ring size:

We made very easily how to measure your ring size at home. However your new ring size doesn’t fitts perfectly? Please don’t hesitate to contact us about isue. We will exhange new ring with the right size.
