Return policy:

Contact Us: Reach out to us within 14 working days from the delivery date.

Condition of the Item: The item must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, and undamaged.

Certificates: If the item includes certificates, they must remain intact and not be removed.

We will issue a refund within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: Posting fees and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Ring Size Issue

We’ve provided a simple guide to help you measure your ring size at home. However, if your new ring doesn’t fit perfectly, don’t hesitate to contact us about the issue. We’ll exchange it for a new ring in the correct size.
